If you could get a Second Chance...

Nicholas, A Navy man, did the only thing he could to save the woman he loved. Driven by a secret, he disappeared and now returns, years later, with hope for love. With one opportunity, will he be able to make things right, or is it just too late? Will she deny any desire for Second Chances?
~ ~ I've also included an excerpt that you might find important to read :)
He knew she was gone before he even opened his eyes or moved his hand over where she had slept.
“Damn it.” He pounded his fist into his pillow. “This is not how I meant for this to work out.”
He slowly turned over, squinting as he remembered they’d never got the shades shut before they hit the bed. The covers were all gone from his bed, too. Good thing no one could see in his windows.
He rolled out of bed to grab his T-shirt from the chair where he’d left it yesterday after his workout, but it wasn’t there. It made him laugh. He’d bet money she wore it home just like she used to when they were dating. Otherwise, she’d have been running around his house naked, looking for her clothes. He gave an agonized grunt, wishing he’d have been awake to see that. But then, if he’d been awake, he wouldn’t have let her leave. He could picture it so clearly, waking up to her every morning and watching her climb from his bed—no, their bed—naked to take a shower before she rushed to get their kids ready for the day. Ugh.
“Damn it, stop torturing yourself. She left in the middle of the night and didn’t wake you. What does that tell you?”
Again, good luck with the contest and I can't wait to see who the lucky winner is !!! Feel free to follow this page or my blog so you'll have first hand knowledge of more contests and blog hops to come !!
